Congratulations to PSE achieving the Gold award in the Mail category at the DMA Awards 2023.

Mr & Mrs Smith are an established aspirational brand in the luxury travel market but were struggling to establish the value of the mail channel to connect with their audiences. The team at PSE had had to demonstrate the profitability of the mail channel while preserving the brand's aspirational value for both active and lapsed customers. 

To stand out, an immersive 8-page newspaper format was used, entitled 'Room Service'. Premium content showcased the Top 9 places to visit in 2023, styled after a Sunday Supplement, enticing readers to explore further on the website and make bookings. 

The results were outstanding, showing that the right creative and targeting will attract your customers' attention and deepen their connection with your brand.
