At this year's Conference, we launched our latest report, ‘Mail: The Super Touchpoint’ and showcased how we had identified the criteria for touchpoints in planning and defined what made them ‘super’. We provided a checklist of Super Touchpoints Evaluation Points (STEP) to make evaluation simple and effective.
